Third Drawer Down
Sing Thy Song Puffy Sticker Card - Third Drawer Down X David Shrigley
We put a bird on it. Third Drawer Down is 'puffed' with excitement to present a pretty puffy collection of puffy sticker cards. Nine original designs featuring signature works and words of wisdom from one of our favorite artists and collaborators David Shrigley. With an eco-friendly foam sticker to stick, cherish and collect.
Sing Thy Song © David Shrigley
Shrigley is a Glasgow-based artist whose drawing style evolved as a reaction to the seriousness of the art he was expected to produce at art school. He bases his work on intuition rather than long-winded theory. Shrigley is also a self-editor, ripping up whatever he thinks doesn't work into teeny-weeny pieces so that they can't be recycled. He holds onto the things that surprise him and make him laugh. David Shrigley is a British artist who has come to prominence through his drawings, publications and sculptural works. His drawings have a kind of throwaway beauty peopled as they are with monster children, idiots, aliens, bad parents and full of twisted lists and exchanges.
