ALEXANDER JOHN CAVALUZZO
Alexander John Cavaluzzo is a writer and artist based in Manhattan. His visual arts practice incorporates multiple mediums including painting, serigraphy, photography and fashion to create works that contend with Queer desire, popular culture, consumer capitalism and self-expression. His works have been displayed at Aperture Gallery, Chelsea Market, Miami Art Basel and several other sites across the globe. He holds his Master of Arts in Arts Politics from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied under Karen Finley, Alfredo Jaar, and other significant artists.
