k.d. lang glass votive altar candle from Flaming Idols. k.d. lang is a Canadian singer/songwriter who has won multiple Juno and Grammy awards for her pop and country songs. In the early 1990s she was one of few out lesbian celebrities, famous for her iconic Rolling Stone magazine cover sitting in a barber chair receiving a shave from Cindy Crawford. k.d. is a devoted Buddhist and outspoken about animal rights. Glass votives are 2.5in high and 2in wide at the base. Each votive is affixed with an opaque sticker with an image of a person and on the opposite side, a translucent sticker with biographical information about the person. Stickers are water-resistant.
